Question -  How often should I change my filter?
Answer-     The Manufacturer suggests every month.  A clean unit is an efficient
                  unit !

Question -  Do you offer any Specials?
Answer -    YES, April for Air Conditioning Systems & October for Heating Systems.

Question -  What do I do if my system is insufficiently heating or cooling?
Answer -    1-Check for dirty filters
                  2-Check for Blockage around outside coil
                  3-Check supply & return vents for any blockage.            

Question -  My system is not operating?
Answer -    1 - Make sure the power is ON
                  2 - Check breakers & fuses.
                  3 - Check the settings of your Thermostat
